Product Description
Emulsion pump is a kind of precise combination made by rotating stator, which produces strong shear force in high-speed rotation to achieve mixing, homogenization, dispersion and grinding.
The purpose of emulsification is efficient online dispersing equipment, which can be continuously processed on pipelines. And the quality difference between batches is eliminated. The basic structure is composed of a pump cavity and a pair of fixed rotors.

Electric energy is the source of the power of the emulsion pump. It mainly relies on the support of the electric power to convert the electric energy into the high speed rotating power of the bearing. Under the strong shear force produced by the high speed rotation of the bearing, the mixed products will be crushed and emulsified, thus excreting from the bottom of the emulsion pump.

The pump body is mainly composed of the outside of the pump cavity and the inner cavity of the pump. The main material used outside the cavity of the pump is the SS316 product of stainless steel. This material is wear-resistant and is not easy to rust. The structure inside the pump chamber is also made of stainless steel and has strong corrosion and abrasion resistance than the outside. Thus, better oxidizing liquids can be subdivided better without damaging the pump body.
