Product Description
The screw pump is a volumetric rotor pump. It relies on the volume change of the sealing cavity formed by the screw and bushing to suck and discharge the liquid. The screw pump is divided into single screw pump, double, three and five screw pumps according to the number of screws. Screw pump is characterized by stable flow, small pressure pulsation, self-priming, low noise, high efficiency, long life and reliable work. The outstanding advantage of the screw pump is that it does not form eddy current and is insensitive to the viscosity of the medium, and can deliver high viscosity medium.

Common problem handling
1. pump body vibrate or produce noise:
The cause is: the pump is not installed firmly or the pump is installed too high; the ball bearing of motor is damaged; the spindle of the pump is bent or is not concentric and parallel with the motor spindle.
Treatment methods: install the water pump or reduce the installation height of the pump; replace the motor ball bearing; correct the bending of the main shaft of the pump or adjust the relative position of the pump and the motor.
2. the drive shaft or motor bearing is overheated.
Causes: lack of lubricating oil or bearing rupture.
Treatment: add lubricating oil or replace bearing.
3. water pump does not come out of water.
The reason is that the pump body and suction pipe are not filled with water, and the dynamic water level is lower than the water filter pipe, and the suction pipe ruptures.
