Product introduction
The products are treated with high grade polishing equipment inside and outside to meet the requirements of surface precision. This product is suitable for stainless steel pipeline systems in dairy, food, beer, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and other industrial fields.
Material: 304 material and 316L material two kinds of common materials.
Product type: 90 degree long elbow, 90 degree short elbow, 45 degree short elbow, 45 degree elbows, 180 degree elbow.
Connection mode: clamp type, butt welding type, thread type.
Standards: 3A, DIN, SMS, ISO, BS and other standards
Surface treatment: food grade Ra is less than 0.8mm, pharmaceutical grade Ra is less than 0.4mm or lower.
Sealing ring: EPDM, VMQ, NBR, FPM, PTEF and other materials can be selected.

Warranty time: one year, from the date which the product is qualified commissioning. Any damage except the wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely. But the travel and hotel expenses should be count on buyer.
Training services: our engineers will train your staff to operate it during the period of installation and commissioning, and they will not leave there until your staff can operate it properly and normally.
Maintenance services: any malfunction happened, once you enquiry us, we will reply you within 48 hours except the special reasons.
