1. Picture and instruction of the machine :
This series of equipment is used for the production of non-gas beverages such as fruit juice, fruit wine, mineral water and purified water in polyester bottles. It can be used for flushing, filling and capping in one machine.
Introducing the latest technology from Japan and Italy, adopting the pressure-type constant-liquid filling principle, with high filling speed, stable liquid level control, and no leakage.
Spring-type flushing pliers, the empty bottle is automatically rotated 180° along the track, flushed inside and outside, and the flushing bottle has high efficiency.
The magnetic torque type capping head is used to realize the functions of capping and capping. Capping torque can be adjusted steplessly, with a constant torque screw cap function, and does not damage the cap, seal tight and reliable.
The whole machine adopts PLC computer program control and man-machine interface touch screen buttons, with automatic control of liquid level in material tank, no bottle filling, no bottle filling, no bottle without capping, etc. Digital display of production capacity, adjustment is extremely convenient.
