The plate sterilizer equipment is suitable for pasteurizing, ultra-pasteurizing, UHT sterilizing of dairy, juice, tea drink, beer, function drink etc. The production get the long shelf life by the cooling and sterilization of our equipment and design the single stage, double stage and several forms of combined system according to the different requirement of processing of sterilization, heat preservation and cooling by our customers.
The equipment has the advantages of high heat recovery rate, compact structure, small footprint, flexible process changing, easy operation and maintenance, which attract the customers. We can also manufacturing fully automatic UHT sterilizer with CIP system according to the requirement of customers.
(1) Applied:
fruit juice pasteurizer adopts Ultra High Temperature processing method to strictly sterilize milk and other dairy liquid, beverage, juice etc., before an aseptic packaging.
(2) Sterilization temperature: 85℃ -145℃.
(3) Sterilization keeping time: 5 - 45s in order to keep the original nutritional substance, color and flavor of the product.
Controlling way: Semi-automatic and Fully automatic (PLC controlling, tactile screen).
